Installations in Educational Centers

CPS carries out the design of facilities for educational centers in the Valencian Community following the Pla Edificant of the Educational Infrastructure Service, for the construction, renovation and improvement of educational centers.

New CEIP Les Foies.

The center has a 3I + 6P program, with a sports area, dining room, common classrooms and kitchen. In addition, CPS has been in charge of the construction management of the project. The school has been equipped with the following facilities:

Zoned VRV air conditioning by areas of use, with ducted indoor units.
Mechanical ventilation system, in compliance with RITE, by means of air treatment units with heat recovery and pretreatment batteries.
Medium voltage connection, low voltage installation with mains supply, generator and UPS.
Lightning arrester system.
LED interior and exterior lighting.
Fire protection installation with BIES network
Pressure group and ^12m3 tank.
Center-wide detection system.
Drinking water supply through storage tank and pressure group.
Domestic hot water production by means of aerothermal equipment.
Separate sewage system.
Special installations: telephony, voice and data, television, public address system throughout the center.
Anti-intrusion system.

Expansion of IES Porçons de Aielo de Malferit.

The expansion area has 3 classrooms and 2 workshops.

The building has been equipped with a heating system expansion using anti-vandalism radiators, with thermal production with a gas boiler.
Ventilation by means of an air handling unit with heat recovery and heat and cold coils.
New low voltage connection.

The rest of the installations were connected and integrated to the existing networks of the current building, so the relevant checks were carried out to ensure that the current equipment complies with the requirements of current regulations.

New CEIP Joanot Martorell of Xeraco

The center has a 6I + 13P program, with a sports area, dining room, common classrooms and kitchen.

The school has been equipped with the following facilities:

Water-based air conditioning by means of reversible water heat pumps.
Mechanical ventilation by means of air handling units with recuperator and coils for air pretreatment, calculated according to RITE. In addition, water batteries are foreseen inside each of the rooms to meet the thermal demand in each area.
Medium voltage connection and low voltage installation with mains supply, generator and UPS.
Lightning arrester system.
LED interior and exterior lighting.
Fire protection installation with BIES network, pressure group and ^12m3 tank.
Center-wide detection system.
