The development of the National Model of Interoperable Electronic Toll Collection (MNTI) was aimed at solving Peru’s current interoperability problems and promoting the rapid and massive implementation of electronic toll systems, including Multi Lane Free Flow systems.

Tareas desarrolladas:

  • Analysis of the International State of the Art in Interoperable Electronic Toll Collection Systems.
  • Analysis of the current situation in Peru.
  • Definition of the National Interoperable Electronic Toll Collection model, establishing the actors, processes, rights, obligations, operating procedures and technical specifications, obligations, operating procedures and technical specifications.
  • Definition of the technical regulatory framework and certification procedures.
  • Definition of the KPIs for control and supervision of the system.
  • Legal reform plan.
  • Numerical evaluation of the implementation of the Model.
  • Drafting project for the implementation of the National Model in more than 15 urban and interurban concessions and more than 90 toll plazas. more than 90 toll plazas.
  • MNTI Implementation Plan.
