Vall D'Uixo Residence for Elderly Dependents

CPS carries out the drafting of the Construction Project and the Works Management of the new building for the Residence for Elderly Dependents in Vall D’Uixo.

In the municipality of Vall D’Uixo, in the province of Castellón, a new building has been designed to house a Residence for Dependent Elderly People. It is situated on an urban plot located less than 10km from the coast and with an elevation of approximately 118 meters. It is a free-standing building, surrounded by green areas, of new construction and planned for a maximum capacity of 120 beds.

This is a specialized social services center for the care of the elderly, offering stable housing along with social care, support for the performance of daily living activities, health care, rehabilitation of abilities and comprehensive geriatric care, depending on the level of dependency of the users. It is distributed in ground floor + 4 floors, with 1 parking floor. The total built area is 5,711 m² and the plot is 2,507 m². It has landscaped areas with an area of 754 m².

The building has been designed with sustainable environmental criteria, which will be certified at the end of the works, with BREEAM “Very Good” level.
