PROGRESS – REHABILITATION OF THE ZAPADORES POLICE COMPLEX

CPS continues with the supervision of the integral rehabilitation project of the Zapadores de Valencia police complex. In the initial phase, different work areas have been moved to temporary buildings, installing partition walls, lighting systems, emergency lighting and access doors.

In addition, cleaning and data collection tasks have been carried out by means of manual survey, drones and 3D technologyAll this for the subsequent submission of the Archaeology Report to the Conselleria de Educación, Cultura y Deporte, Dirección General de Patrimonio Cultural y Museos, of buildings 1 and 2, being buildings listed as Bien de Relevancia Local (BRL).

On the other hand, work has begun on the adaptation of the provisional parking area requested, as well as the excavation of the subway parking area and its corresponding accesses.

The complex has a total area of 34,847 m² and consists of eight buildings. The total built-up area of the complex is 18,853 m².
