Construction on SUNAT’s new technology headquarters in Lima is 78% complete

At CPS Peru, as part of the Lima Supervisory Consortium, we are overseeing construction work on the project “Improvement of Information Technology Solutions for User Services at the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration(SUNAT),” which is now 78% complete . The building, located in the Santiago de Surco district of Lima, will house the SUNAT units responsible for information systems and user services.

The building has a total floor area of 32,139 m² on a lot of approximately 4,522 m² and is organized into three towers, each with four basement levels: Tower A, with six stories; Tower B, or the central building, with two stories; and Tower C, with eight stories. In addition to offices, meeting rooms, and operations areas, the new headquarters will feature auditoriums, parking facilities, and the technology, communications, and security infrastructure the institution needs to provide its IT services.

The remaining 22% primarily involves architectural work and finishes, ceilings, and installations, including plumbing and fire protection, electrical, HVAC, communications, and specialized systems. For the curtain wall, more than 7,500 m² of glass have already been received out of the nearly 9,600 m² planned.

At this stage, work is focused on completing the building envelope, finishes, installations, and equipment, and our supervision team is overseeing this final phase until the building is fully operational.
