The system allows the detection and management of unauthorized vehicle access and the processing of the infraction report for non-compliance with the Traffic Ordinance of the Valencia City Council. The system included:

• License plate recognition and context image cameras.
• Fiber optic and wireless communication network, as well as auxiliary civil works.
• Management platform, by means of a high-performance server and operator station.
• Web platform for requesting extraordinary authorizations.
